When it comes to dunking it's safe to say there is always someone better. The problem is everyone thinks that mean in America. No check out this french cat do his thing.
His name is Kadour Ziani.Hes a french dunker from algeria. He's 5 foot 10 and has a 56 inch vertical leap.
Then anyone who has been around basketball in the country knows who James White is. I came across this video of him putting on a free throw line dunk clinic. The last two are the best.
He spent sometime in the league but he was always mostly a jumper.
